Allegations of Police Brutality
In a story which is shocking if true, a group of allegedly drunk Haryana policemen shot dead a 22-year-old college student who was returning home from a party at his friend’s place in Hisar district.
Victim's brother speaks to the media
Team Nishan visited the victim’s family to collect first-hand information on the incident and released the following statement:
A young student, 22, was killed in an incident with allegedly drunken cops in civil dress who were said to be on special operation to neutralise a known criminal in the area. 
The biggest concern is that many more innocent citizens of the peaceful state of Haryana in a potential danger.
